Competitive Pay, True Hybrid Schedule, Flexible WFH days, good insurance offering, 401k, good holiday/pto package, progressive and engaging workplace. Lots of room to grow.

Cons

Overlong, overly frequent company meetings that could probably be a newsletter/weekly email.
