Overall the staff is dedicated to the mission of donation.

Cons

There is significant favoritism within the organization and there is no oversight by higher management to stop this. While most of the staff do believe in the mission of donation many at the director level are there for the position, money, and power. The organization is being mismanaged and run into the ground by unqualified management.

Pros

The Mission, good employees- who work harder than any of the management. Most of the work for “the mission” rides on the backs of those in the field.

Cons

Low pay, long hours, unappreciated field staff, management tends to promote the lazy employees. Toxic culture- focus is on getting a “yes” and the numbers. High staff turn over- not just new staff leaving but staff who have worked there for many, many years. Sound Clinical judgment no longer guides practice.
