We Are Sharing Hope SC (SHSC) is the organ and tissue donation program for the state of South Carolina (except for Aiken and Edgefield counties). As the federally-designated organ procurement organization (OPO) for the state, SHSC is responsible for facilitating the gift of life through organ, eye and tissue donation for transplantation and research. Invested in the community we serve, the staff at We Are Sharing Hope SC are passionate stewards of the gift of life, honoring all heroes and their families who say “yes.”
