It's a great organization, presented employees with multiple opportunities for growth and development. They focus on lot of independent decision-making. Culture is very warm and transparent. Every week, the leaders connect with the entire org to discuss challenges. award high performers and showcase plans for future. Open channels of communication between levels. HR policies are people centric and initiatives towards overall well being of employees are being implemented. Enough room for collaboration across teams.
