Pros

-Most accepting workplace and the culture here is THRIVING -Train in hospitality, operations and sales. -Focused on member experience and event coordinating. -Network with people from various industries and backgrounds. -Opens the door to many opportunities. -publicly traded company

Cons

-community is heavily 'leaned on' by other roles (sales, facilities, etc.) - not a bad thing if you want to learn it all.

Pros

- great coworkers - great office environment - expand professional network - you get to work with enterprise and startup companies - great opportunities to make lifelong friends

Cons

- no employee benefits (lunches, gym membership, etc) - no company culture - high turnover - iffy management - little growth opportunities into manager level positions unless you are there for like 5 years - no employee loyalty
