Pros

Flexibility, great home-work life balance, great pay, benefits and perks, exceptional company culture. Best company I have worked for, hands down. I was leery about the company when I was offered the job because of all the negative reviews but I went for it and I am not sorry I did.

Cons

Nothing is perfect but they strive to do their best. However, I, in my experience, working here have not had a bad experience.

Pros

- Work from home - Good health benefits and gym reimbursement

Cons

- Incompetent CEO and "senior" management - Product roadmap that does not support revenue growth - Documented history of religious, gender, and age discrimination and litigation resulting from it. - Inept HR department - Lower than market pay scale which they justify with WFH savings

Pros

Flexible work schedule. Management really cares about employees. I don't know what the "negative" reviews are talking about, it doesn't matter if you're Mormon or not , the company just cares if you are competent. The company just hired a POC female VP about six months ago and she is great and funny. I met her at our annual company retreat and she bought me a slice of pie and really listened to me. She had this giant purse and took out a huge purple notebook and wrote down all of my ideas and followed up with me. Jenny the VP of H.R. ( also not a morman) is outstanding. She will make time and listen to any concerns anyone has. She really cares about all the employees. Our intern CEO John Doyle is also great, at our retreat he was warm and had a smile for all! I hope he becomes our permanent CEO

Cons

Because we work remotely it can feel like we are always "on". I hope management can fix this.
