Cons
Like any company, there are always some things that could be better. Some company initiatives take longer than expected. Sometimes our virtual workforce makes communication more difficult. Sometimes it seems like we might be focusing on the wrong priorities or that we have disagreements about company direction at senior levels. However, I have seen variation of these things at every company I have ever worked at, and the pros outweigh the cons here.
