Pros

Collaborative & supportive culture, growth opportunities, strong benefits (gym reimbursement, paid volunteer hours, generous leave of absence & competitive insurance packages, etc), work remotely yet never feel isolated, and amazing members! Diversity and inclusion have been improving year over year - female CEO, lots of women in executive/leadership roles, and more diversity overall. Proud to provide Estate Planning attorneys with the tools to support their clients. Great company to work for.

Cons

The fast-paced work environment is not for everyone. Need to be able to pivot be flexible, and comfortable with change. That works for me, but is not a good fit for everyone.

Pros

Flexible work schedule. Management really cares about employees. I don't know what the "negative" reviews are talking about, it doesn't matter if you're Mormon or not , the company just cares if you are competent. The company just hired a POC female VP about six months ago and she is great and funny. I met her at our annual company retreat and she bought me a slice of pie and really listened to me. She had this giant purse and took out a huge purple notebook and wrote down all of my ideas and followed up with me. Jenny the VP of H.R. ( also not a morman) is outstanding. She will make time and listen to any concerns anyone has. She really cares about all the employees. Our intern CEO John Doyle is also great, at our retreat he was warm and had a smile for all! I hope he becomes our permanent CEO

Cons

Because we work remotely it can feel like we are always "on". I hope management can fix this.

Pros

- The senior management team and the board are focused on driving results while maintaining a positive company culture. - We have smart and collaborative employees/teams who work hard to solve challenges and improve the experience of our members. - The leadership team investments in the employees in the form of one-team retreats where the entire company meets once a year at a new location to discuss the state of the company and work on team-building. - 401K matching - Medical - Competitive salary - PTO

Cons

Like any company, there are always some things that could be better. Some company initiatives take longer than expected. Sometimes our virtual workforce makes communication more difficult. Sometimes it seems like we might be focusing on the wrong priorities or that we have disagreements about company direction at senior levels. However, I have seen variation of these things at every company I have ever worked at, and the pros outweigh the cons here.
