Pros

In my first few months, I've realized you can love getting up and going to work in the morning. Everyone in the office is friendly, helpful and passionate about helping the doctors we work and others.

Cons

There is a big learning curve. You do get all the help you want.

Pros

Anybody, anywhere, no matter the position (President/CEO included) willing to help. My team is supportive and wants me to succeed. Its a fun place to work, and performance driven at the same time. Great communication at all levels throughout company.
