Pros

I've been with Weatherby for over 5 years now & cannot imagine being anywhere else. Leadership takes a sincere interest in the success of each individual employee. They continue to encourage an environment that is the perfect balance of professionalism & fun. I truly enjoy coming to work everyday & am honored to be part of this company.

Cons

No "cons" come to mind.

Pros

The parent company has a lot of good stuff going on and the overall organization has good core values and great benefits/culture.

Cons

Weatherby has a win at all costs attitude and does not put their peope first. They treat consultants as if they are easily replaced, and often term based on political and personal reasons, verus business results. New consultants are led to believe big dollars can be had, but few make it to that level. Management is inconsistent and sends mixed messages. It is an evironment of fear and fear based managment practices. Not the kind of place that makes you want to make it a long term career option!

I have been with Weatherby Healthcare for almost 2 years and feel so grateful to be a part of such a wonderful company. I truly love coming to work every day. There are endless opportunities for growth and development here. In this economy, job stability and growth is an important part of choosing your career. Nevertheless, this is actually not my only reason for choosing Weatherby as my place of work. The positive environment created at Weatherby is what truly makes me love what I do. I have an opportunity to be successful and be surrounded by inspiring, encouraging people every day. I would definitely suggest Weatherby Healthcare as a place to work!
