Pros

The Weave platform is very innovative and badly wanted by the industry. Very cool product. The CEO and executive team are pretty talented and very transparent. I'm continually surprised with how transparent they are--it's refreshing. Weave has a great culture with great people. I personally know current employees that have turned down higher paying jobs to continue working with and learning from some of the managers at Weave. Managers are great at going to bat for you and I've always felt like they work hard for me to succeed. The sales department made a commitment awhile ago to promote from within and are doing so. Sales is competitive in nature so if you work hard and excel they won't hesitate to promote you when there's an open position. Perks are here are cool. Ping pong tables, putting green, snackbar, and free haircuts. Benefits are pretty pedestrian. 75% of your insurance premium is covered. HSA option available. PTO is on the lower end, but available for all full-time employees.

Cons

Pay is just short of competitive. Seems like Weave hasn't been able to hire top talent historically. However, that seems to be changing.

Pros

When I first started I told them if they were honest with me and treated me with respect and compensated me fairly I would kill myself to help this company grow. Since I have been here it has been just that. I have been hear just under a year and I love it. The managers are awesome. Extremely transparent and give great coaching and advice. Some of the negative reviews on here I would say are from people who wanted to come into work, do their time and go home at the end of the day just getting by. If you are not going to push yourself, Weave is not a good fit for you. If you DO want to push yourself, there is no better environment than Weave to help with that. Like I said again great coaching, fair pay, flexible schedule, super fun enviorment.

Cons

It is competitive. I wouldn't say it is a con but you should know that there are lots of people here driven who want to advance their career so don't expect to be promoted in 6 weeks.

Pros

Flexible hours, chill culture, great co-workers and recognize those working hard.

Cons

Focus too much on talk minutes and dials, not actual phone call quality. Get more leads from events, and throw out stale leads in Sales Force.
