Cool product, not so cool management

Pros

The product has really cool features and delivers enterprise solutions to small businesses. Employees are genuine and look out for each other. The perks are decent--snacks, massage chairs, ping-pong, and free hair cuts. We've had steady growth and have good investors!

Cons

Promotions and job security are based on whether or not you're family or in the "in" group. Management is emotional in their decision-making and frequently get upset about the usage of the perks they provide. More focus on company culture than revenue growth, but still try and redefine the culture from quarter to quarter.

Pros

Great product, fun culture, some of the office perks are solid.

Cons

Nothing to work towards like promotions, extra incentives-- i.e. President's Club, snack limit (joke around the office), product glitches that make it harder to sell.

They Forget.

Pros

Decent pay for those who don't have degrees. I guess. Pretty good product idea. Has some good room to become something great.

Cons

Besides about 3 or 4 good sincere individuals, management at this company is a total joke. The owners definitely disappoint. They act hip, and cool, but when it really comes down to it, they are really just in it for themselves. This company prides itself on hiring from within, claiming that if you struggle in one area, that they will work to get you to a place where you succeed. RARELY did i ever see anyone get a legitimate promotion. Just horizontal movement, or even demotions to the original people at the company who seriously contributed to actually building the company for the owners. If you make one mistake here, they will quickly forget anything good you have ever done for them. They go back on promises, and then try to make everyone feel like they are privelaged to work there. Benefits are garbage. I could go on, but I don't need to waste anymore time on this company.
