In my former employment, I worked with 30+ clients throughout the West Coast, and the vision, energy, and passion behind Weave is unmatched by any of them. Everyone at Weave works to make the Company successful, because they believe in everything that it stands for, and where the Company is going. That is a rare quality to have in a culture. We are all left to be entrepreneurial, and guided without regards to structure. The Company believes in encouraging individual success, and supports the unguided efforts to drive that success. I turned down several offers to be apart of this team, because I believe that this Company embodies that of what defines the "Silicon Slopes".

This is a company that is exciting and I look forward going into work! My search is over, the first time in my life I would never want to leave this company. I'll defiantly be around for a long time! It's also huge plus that I genuinely have the best boss ever ( Neil)! For the first time I'm truly happy and I feel so lucky to be apart of the Weave team! It has been so much fun to watch this company grow and to be apart of something so special as Weave. Every week Brandon Rodman the CEO of the company holds a company meeting and brings us all up to date on what is happening, any new changes, ideas, and the employees that deserve to be highlighted. When he first started doing this he was talking about the goals of the company and how much we would be expanding, I didn't really believe him but looking around now seeing it come to life it's amazing. I have been watching two brothers turn dreams into a reality.And it really is an honor to be apart of. I obviously could go on and on about why Weave is a great place to work but above all what I appreciate most about Weave is the integrity level that this company has. Integrity is a must at Weave and that is a rare find.
