- In-office environment is top-tier, with several events being hosted throughout each week - There are many non-salary benefits, including company trips, constant free food, in-office treadmill desks, and WFH capabilities - Role offers a lot of agency and independence

Cons

- Pay is below market value and below work requirements - Once leadership doubts your ability and/or willingness to complete your job, it is nearly impossible to change their mind

Pros

Your coworkers are great and it’s cool that there’s a coffee shop in the basement

Cons

They have no respect for human capital and fire people in a whim with no coaching or warnings. I had a 90 day review where they told me that they loved me and that I was doing great. They fired me a week later with no explanation or coaching. I had moved to Harrisburg, had a 12 month lease, and started building a life, and in one afternoon I had to figure out a whole new plan. They fired me a week before I would have qualified for severance.
