Working from the South Africa office has been interesting. The company went all in on supporting remote employees during covid - full home office setups, daily comms about company performance, the works. Even after things normalized they kept a lot of that transparency which I appreciated. FXLearns gave me access to certs and books I wouldn't have pursued on my own. The company ties work to charitable giving through FXBuilds which gives things a sense of purpose beyond just hitting numbers.

I worked at WebFX for about a year as a contractor. The onboarding was really good - probably the best structured training I've seen at any company. Paired with a mentor right away and had regular check-ins. The culture is genuinely positive, not in a forced way. CheersFX lets you shout out coworkers which sounds cheesy but people actually use it and it feels good to get recognized. The charity work is real too - building water systems, supporting schools, tree planting tied to client results. That part surprised me.
