      Pros

      My favorite part about working here is the growth and ability to learn and advance professional development. I started as an entry-level marketer and was promoted twice in 18 months. They invest in employee training and certification programs a lot. It was a bit of an adjustment for me since this is my first job in my career but I've found help every time I've asked

      Cons

      The pace can be intense during campaign launches and there's a learning curve for new hires. Don't expect to come in and know everything right away

      Pros

      Overall great things to say so far, especially compared to past agencies. The onboarding team has been excellent and so kind - Heather, Bree and Rachel especially. I've never felt pressured to work beyond my scheduled hours. The team is supportive and always willing to help. Great benefits package including health insurance and 401(k) matching.

      Cons

      Communication between departments can be slow at times.

      Pros

      Benefits were nice, especially flexible start time. There were cool events and people to work with.

      Cons

      They overwork their new hires, primarily caring about how much you can provide for them, hence high turnover rate. You have to track every single little action you do for payroll. If something takes you longer to finish, they will look negatively upon you. If you have not completed a part of training related to tasks, they will still assign those tasks to you regardless and expect you to know what you're doing. Also misinforms new employees of their expectations during the probation period. Toxic positivity truly is a thing!
