      Pros

      The company is made up of some of the most talented and thoughtful people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Everyone truly cares about each other and is willing to help out wherever needed. The leadership of the company believes in transparency and practices what they preach on a regular basis. The company has made a real commitment to their core values.

      Cons

      In any high growth business, there is lots of change. Sometimes the flexibility necessary to succeed here can be trying. Benefits package could be better on the healthcare and 401K front.

      I worked at WebPT for 2½ years, and my time there profoundly impacted my career in valuable ways. Working at WebPT means collaborating with brilliant people, learning and adapting to industry changes, and enjoying an entrepreneurial atmosphere that allows for creativity and innovation. I have a lot of respect for the founders of the company, as their open door policy allows for meaningful, change-fueled communication. If you ever get the chance to work for WebPT, take the opportunity!

      Pros

      The culture is fantastic. Everyday I get to work with people that I enjoy. I am rewarded for all of my hard work. There are so many opportunities to grow at this company. I would highly recommend this company to anybody.
