We RIF about every other month. More work gets thrown at us, but no additional compensation or anything. I can safely say I don’t do the job I was hired to do anymore. All of HR wears multiple hats, but, again, no compensation changes. Don’t even think about a promotion. Hard work is not rewarded here. You just do everything the throw at you and hope something better comes along. My department is lacking leadership. It wasn’t always this way. Then our CPO left. Now other leaders walk all over us. No one pushes back. We have no clear direction. We talk about AI and automation as a company, but as a team, others still prefer the manual way. It’s just a very dysfunctional company with misaligned priorities.

Layoffs every 3 months since 2023. I was a senior employee in the Support Team with 28 years of experience, and they laid me off. There has been another round of layoffs since I was let go. The support team for Insight and WebPT software is now a skeleton crew, and they expect customers to be happy working with the jobs they have moved to India, you cannot understand them and they do not know the products.
