Pros

full time work from home

Cons

When onboarding starts WebPT offers flexible schedules I told them I needed to be off at 2:30 they said that wouldn't be a problem I told them I won't take a lunch so I can accommodate my schedule got cleared to do that. When I officially started the first week there I was notified I could not work all the way through my day and needed a lunch I had to last min find extra child care for my child because of this mixup. The first 3 months you are with the company your supervisor will hardly talk or reach out to you to see how everything is going. I had to ask for training times and dates because he wouldn't tell me anything. I got 30-45 min trainings for 5 days and was on my own. The employees are very nice and always helped out when I needed help. The moment your 90 days is up and they start counting your production you will get a verbal and written even though no notice was given that this will happen. No extra training was given and pretty much told to work fast and only work accounts for 20 min and move on so the numbers look good. Now I understand why WebPT is still working accounts from 2018 because there employees are not given the proper tools to move accounts. I'm very disappointed in my time with WebPT.

Pros

Met some awesome WebPTers that I'm still friends with.

Cons

New CEO reduced everyone's pay below industry standards. Very low employee morale. New leadership does not care about their employees let alone the WebPT members.

Don’t buy into the hype

Pros

It used to be great. Work life balance is pretty solid, unless you plan on having kids then suddenly they punish you by cutting your pay during your leave. They are super duper woke and are determined to do everything they can to prevent being cancelled by being super forward thinking at the cost of the clients and employees. They are fantastic at dangling carrots in front of people to keep them “happy”. Leadership excels at plugging their ears and saying blah blah blah over real customer concerns.

Cons

The pay is awful. They will say they are in the top 94% of pay but they won’t show where that data comes from. Numerous people leave because they found better paying jobs. If you raise this you’re looked at like a crazy person because the koolaid tastes so good you don’t need money. The new leadership in heavy commission roles is determined to cut costs by cutting pay for those folks. Don’t plan on having a kid either, they will cut your pay. If you question numerous leaders you will be ostracized and made to feel less then, because again koolaid.

We are disappointed to hear that you had a negative outlook on the organization and some of the leadership. Being that you worked with the company for a period of over 4 years, you saw the organization through many phases of change. Depending on the role and department you were in, you likely wore many hats. That is usually what people love about fast-growing small companies, as they get to try new things, learn, and grow. We strive to balance work experience, market value and internal equity. As the market changes, WebPT continues to analyze compensation to stay competitive. WebPT is excited for the opportunities ahead after welcoming new senior leadership. These leaders are looking ahead to the future to evaluate processes and workflows, including those that affect both our Members and our WebPTers.
