Pros

Remote work is probably the only pro. Trips to Phoenix aren’t horrible in the winter.

Cons

Terrible compensation by industry standards. Team will have its fourth manager in the last eight months. Leadership looks at KPIs without drilling down to find out why the results suck. Only one rep on the team has hit quota in the year and they refuse to adjust it until Q1 2024. SDRs only work to get leads for member value and enterprise, not the SMB net new team. Was lied to about the income opportunity as the average gross is half of what I was told to expect. Leadership gets very defensive whenever anyone brings up badmouthing of our product that is going on in the therapy world.

Pros

+ Lack of leadership means you can do what you want + You can roll out of bed and not shower for work + That's it

Cons

- Dishonest, incompetent and unethical leadership - Turnover is rampant. Well documented at a WebPT Fail Blog - Google it. - The product is mediocre at best - No real career track, upward mobility or professionalism - It's smoke and mirrors, except for the smoking in the parking lot thing, that's real.

Pros

I really can't think of any. Working from home can be a pro and a con.

Cons

The company is a shell of what it used to be. Yes, it is bigger, but I am referring to the happiness of its employees. The RCM team always seems to get the brunt of bad decisions and are truly treated much differently than other departments. I knew once we lost our two leaders a couple of years ago that the downslide was coming. 'They' tried to tell us this was just a coincidence, but we all knew better. Like others have said, a lot of us 'original' RCM employees have left because of the direction the company has taken. We used to be trusted to do our jobs, now the micromanaging is mind boggling. Another huge issue is the platform that the RCM team uses on a daily basis. It is such a manual process, and when we try to give the developers feedback on how to make it better, they do not listen. The typical answer is that it works so why change it. The company has also become very liberal. If you have any conservative values, it is best to keep them to yourself.
