Right... where to start? Mainly the CEO. It's difficult to tell if his incompetence spreads through management or if they're trying badly to filter it out. His undoubted early success was unfortunately too early in his career, so he doesn't know what to do with 'his' company. It is very much his company which you will be reminded of daily. Demanding work outside of hours, demanding you advertise his latest idea via personal social media accounts (at which point the actual phrase "I pay your wages" was used), and generally fitting you into the latest fad he's read about (until he reads about a new one next week). The noun 'minions' has also been used without any humour intended to describe his staff.
Think you're doing well at work here? Not unless you've made no less than a specific number of phone calls daily, and the number changes every few weeks. CEO is obsessed with quantifying all work done so nothing of real value can be achieved.
You will never be trusted or treated like an adult.
Mismanagement has three times now led to redundancies, where support and training staff were let go in order to try fuel more sales staff. This was widely regarded by all as short sighted and showing a clear lack of respect and care for not just staff, but customers. Those customers are now realising and it's showing in churn.
