Pros

Nice office, good views city centre location People are all really nice You can get good experience in the right role

Cons

Extensive micro management such as call monitoring, you have to fill in logs of everything you do each day, MD makes all decisions and decides who does what and when No effective leadership. Managers too scared to make decisions, so nothing gets done. CRM terrible. No flexibility (values don't seem to apply to the business - limited flexitime, no home working). Negligible staff benefits.

Pros

I have been working at Webanywhere for nearly two years now and can honestly say I feel lucky to have such a great job. Working as part of an expanding organisation it is fast paced, keeps you on your toes and challenges you everyday. There are a lot of intelligent people working here with lots of ideas bouncing around which is great to be a part of. The employees are welcoming and friendly, always happy to help! I can genuinely say that I have made some of my best friends from working here. The company has benefits such as; - Fun Fridays, a Nando's meal, breakfasts, chocolate fountains, pancakes all sorts of great treats! - Socials, anything from treasure hunts to bowling or pizza and dancing! - Charity days, any opportunity to give back to the community

Cons

It's fast paced and career focused, that's not for everyone. I do however enjoy that about the company!

Pros

We have Fun Friday's, monthly socials, incentives for hitting targets i.e mini break to Barcelona. The company is growing here, Poland and US yet every employee matters. It's extremely fast paced but I wouldn't have it any other way We are right in the centre of Leeds which is a perfect location There are constant growth and progression opportunities

Cons

Need more meeting rooms Sometimes miscommunication between management to the people on floor but that sometimes is the case in a lot of business especially ones that are growing like this one Multiple simultaneous actions expected with short turnarounds Negativity from staff sometimes bring the morale down but then again no company is perfect
