The company has great systems to launch new projects. The company also has a great pay for the industry. The training system in the company is also very large.

Cons

The company has consistently low moral across all levels of employees. The ME and QE are overworked and expected to do a lot. The management constantly puts employees down instead of building them up and typically gets in the way of any progress
