Employees seem motivated but there are few who are not temps

Cons

Corporate management has lost their way. Certain department leadership micromanage to the extreme while expecting employees to work extremely long hours with no overtime. Pay is below today's market. The human resourse department is slow and lack knowledge.

Everything. Operations and marketing teams are the biggest failure of this company. The managers of both departments don't fully understand what it takes. They sit in their offices pretending to know but refuse to solve real issues. Instead of sharing with our competitors what our sales pipeline is why don't we focus on maintaining customers.
