Pros
- Friendly colleagues - Average benefits - Accommodation for disabilities - Average holiday allowance plus birthday - Office is very nice, has good facilities
Cons
- On the low side of average salary - Demanding of in-person time (even though the role was supposed to be hybrid and “super flexible”) - “We’re a family” type place. Really demanding that you engage socially with the company outside of working hours. - I saw large interpersonal conflicts because of the high demand for social interaction - Poor training upon hiring - Management does not welcome feedback (even though they say they do) - In interview stage they promised opportunity for development and promotion. Upon hiring, I was laughed off at every opportunity in which I inquired about promotion, taking development courses, etc. Even though I was severely over qualified for my role and only took the job as they had promised it would just be a short-lived stepping stone toward a more serious and suitable role for me.
