Thank you for your feedback and it was great to read that your experience was of working in a supportive and collaborative team. We take all feedback seriously and were sorry to read some of the areas you were less happy with. There are progression opportunities in the Implementation team and across the wider business but we do also recognise that there will be times when an employee's aspirations don't match the needs of the business. In recent months we have increased headcount in the team and continuous improvement is very much a focus across all aspects of the team.

Thank you for your fantastic feedback and 4 star rating. You've referenced pay as an improvement. We do benchmark salaries against market rate and also take into consideration other factors, such skills, experience, and performance.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we're sorry to hear that you felt there was a lack of career progression in the Sales team. The usual career path into our Sales team is an entry level role with a progression route into Sales Executive, with further opportunities after that; where employees are performing to the required standard. As we grow more opportunities become available and in the last quarter, 25% of the Sales team have progressed to the next stage of their sales career with us. Supporting local charities is an important part of what we do as a business and thank you for recognising this.
