Thank you for your feedback, we were especially happy to hear that you have rated our people and the Company as great. We may be biased, but we think so too. We agree that sales is hard role and as we grow so do targets but also team size. Sales is also a role where you have the opportunity to earn commission (our scheme is uncapped). We would disagree that we favour new sales over retention; we are proud of our client base. Our client retention rates are over 95% year on year and we incentivise our Account Management team on this.

We are a growing business and our Finance team is one of those areas that has grown over the last 12 months. Along with new systems and processes, efficiencies have been introduced to the Finance function too.
