If you’re buddies with the higher level management team, life is good. On the flip side - disagree with them once and you’re on the list to be terminated.

Cons

The Sr. Management team can’t be trusted and tries to make fools out of newer employees vs. providing them with the training they need. The Sr. Management team constantly plays favorites as well vs. making decision based on merit. Ex. One person will get fired for something and someone else does the same thing and they don’t even receive a verbal warning. = I’m searching for a new job as I'm writing this review.

In the unfortunate event that an employee is let go, there may be other preceding issues or factors, known to that person’s manager, that play a role in the final decision. It is important for us to respond to reviews and to address concerns that are communicated. We pride ourselves on our culture of entrepreneurial spirit, where questioning current practices is a key element of our success and growth. We encourage all employees to speak with their managers if there are concerns about workload, expectations, or the work environment. While speaking directly with managers is encouraged, employees can access an anonymous online form to share concerns or feedback directly with the Employee Experience team. Our goal is to provide each employee with open communication, in multiple formats. We perform regular market industry compensation evaluations and encourage feedback from employees to improve our benefits package at the WebstaurantStore. We take your concerns seriously and your review has been shared with management for further review.

Think twice before accepting offer at WebstaurantStore

They do a decent job at Agile development

Cons

You are supposed to get fired after 60 days unless your manager is "In love with you", they want to pay you well under market value, no documentation on processes, miserable toxic co-workers that are not willing to help new employees get established, 6 year vesting on their 401k, 1 year wait for profit sharing, no advancement opportunities, desks so small you can barely fit your pc and monitors and still have room to write. The development team is like a frat house. Terrible environment, despite their sales pitch that they are like some silicon valley start- up. It is just a toxic sweatshop. They are in the process of moving their jobs to Tampa.
