Pros

The company and its leadership is moving in a great direction, and is happy to share its success among its employees. Welcoming atmosphere. Constant perks for employees; whether its food, team sports, or bonuses.

Cons

Advancement is unusual for the base-level worker. Moving up in the company is difficult at best. Communication between corporate workers and those in the warehouses is not the best.
