Pros

Good benefits offered at the onset but they don't build well over time and the hours often times get long.

Cons

Long hours, a lot of pressure to complete things on original timeline even when the project specs get changed.

Many of our employees like to break up the day by taking a walk, using our gym, playing WII, or a game of pool.

Pros

Pay is decent for the madisonville, ky area work is pretty easy. Vacation time in first year of employment. Free drinks.

Cons

If your not a buddy of management you dont go far. If you are older you have no chance of being in management. Kissing bosses butts gets you further than being a great employee. Insurance sucks for the first year.

Pros

Gained clarity on what a healthy workplace should NOT look like.

Cons

There’s a reason this role is always posted and always hiring. If you don’t buy into their toxic corporate culture, you won’t last mentally or emotionally. Training is designed to break you down. It starts off friendly, with full-time trainers who seem supportive. But after two weeks, the tone shifts. You’re picked apart constantly. Although this is a metrics-based role, reviews and 1:1s focus almost entirely on personality flaws and hearsay. Every conversation with a trainer is reported to your Team Lead and dissected in meetings. What you say and don’t say becomes ammunition. Management enforces the outdated DiSC personality model like it’s gospel. You’re boxed into one of four traits, and expected to analyze customers’ personalities in real time via chat, while solving their issues and meeting strict QA timing. It’s absurd. Not everyone’s experience is the same, but mine included a Team Lead who frequently brought up religion in meetings. It made me extremely uncomfortable and felt wildly inappropriate for a professional setting. Bottom line: This environment is emotionally manipulative, rigid, and deeply misaligned with modern workplace standards. Proceed with caution.
