It's not an easy job but that's why I joined Weebly. If you want to join a company that is already worth $X then do so. I came here to make a difference in the path of a young company and there hasn't been a shortage of that starting with my first day. The people are just incredible and so friendly. This makes such a huge difference for me. Joy is a choice and many that work here choose and express it.

First, the product: It's truly an industry leading platform, which means only Dev's who qualify as "the best of the best" come to Weebly. Rarely do you have the opportunity to get behind something that works this well. Second, the culture: Weebly spends quite of a bit of time hiring only the right people, and it shows. Employees are family. I can't name a single person here that I wouldn't want to grab some tea/coffee/drinks with. Finally, the empowerment: Everyone is an impact player. People check their ego's at the door, from the co-founders to the new hires. We all recognize that a good idea is a good idea, regardless of with whom it originated. A true meritocracy.
