Pros
The Culture and People that work here are great. Compensation is great, and benefits are decent. IF you can make it through your first year, you'll be lucky. There are great people that will continue to drive change in the industry, but those people are not in leadership positions.
Cons
The leadership (or lack thereof) is truly sad. They fired the CEO, and the founder came barrelling back in to "save" the company.. but since then, nothing has changed. They continue to layoff and fire people indiscriminately, and some unjustifiably. If you get on the CTO's shit-list, you're guaranteed a one-way ticket to unemployment, regardless of how well you do your job. There are back office rumor mills that put people down and make working here horrible.
