Cons

Start-up style company, so some parts of the company's procedures are less developed. Must be highly skilled in your field to succeed, so there can be a high turnover rate.

At first impression it seems ideal-- it's the MJ industry! But then...

Cons

...Management and senior management is a joke. Generally too stoned to understand basic business principles, firing people without cause (four lawsuits against them), high turnover, it's a culture of fear and gossip and making sure it wasn't your fault, their clients generally hate them, their UX and app doesn't function (how could it when they fire entire UX teams yearly), and a lot of nepotism.
