Cannabis is an interesting product to work with.

Cons

My manager is nowhere to be found. Performance reviews are gamed. Cannabis is not good for your career. My phone slowly stopped ringing and this role is why.

Free weed randomly, Dj on certain Fridays, Lunch daily, snack kitchen.

Cons

None of my Pros had anything to do with work. Extremely poor leadership. Horrendous. Everyone is out for themselves, no team camaraderie, They tattle tell, and the company does not pay well at all. All this work, long days but no appreciation or gratitude. No career growth at all. STAY AWAY. Only use this job as a stepping stone if you have to. Company is not diverse either.
