Executives are socially inept noodles Leadership operates out of fear State of California is onto their illegal activity Legal and Compliance team do nothing at all to remain compliant with State of California Company culture is like a German hospital CMO is a robot from the past (sadly)

Decent salaries Weed Lots of nice people especially in sales and ops growth

Cons

Chaotic organization that does not have a very strong understanding of technology. Very sales driven and therefore the tech org suffers heavily. Very high turnover across all departments. In two months Weedmaps also makes your job search that much more harder as it's a company where it's ok to smoke during work hours. The leadership here suffers from being very disconnected from the org below. The glaring exception is the COO who runs a very tight ship. The CMO and CPO on the other hand have really turned this place upside down. For example the CMO can't tell the difference between retail and brand messaging. There is a lot of morale issues lately and many great people have left. We lost three product managers and four engineers in a span of weeks.
