Extremely junior leadership masquerading as seasoned operators. Heavy on narrative and internal hype, light on metrics, discipline, and real signal. Non-technical sales culture trying to pass as a tech company. Headcount and overhead ballooned far beyond what the actual market could support. Going public felt premature and exposed structural weaknesses that should have been addressed privately.
