Great benefits, as well as career opportunities.

Cons

Management doesn’t care to see you succeed after training you better know it all. Or else you’ll be fired. They will work you to the ground for very little pay. As a BDR you’ll be doing full sales cycle and everything that you need to understand and do will be extremely overwhelming for anyone not to mention your pay is very low for a lot of work that is being done. May God be with you. I prayed everyday walking into work. In closing my first week on the phone my manager was out for two days and there was no type of structure with management everyone is just running around trying to figure it out.

Pros

Working for the premier Cannabis Technology company was an amazing achievement. I was initially elated to work for such a well known company. Prior to being hired I had positive communication with the hiring team.

Cons

Unfortunately after getting hired I came to find the business in disarray. Only to find out that this is the norm since the founder had returned and ousted the CEO. Organization is a hot mess. Promotions and leveling are next to impossible and benefits are also dwindling. From Sales to engineering the only common theme is the anxoiusness. Maybe it’s related to the underwelming performance numbers on the stock market? RTO is also mandated and Irvine is one of the most expensive places to live. My salary was not inline with living expenses.

The benefits are wonderful. Work culture is cool and easy. Learning new things every day and new skills monthly

Cons

No pay raise in years - but bonus plan is nice
