      Demand and reward success. Provide opportunities for learning and succession. For salaried group a very autonomous role. Hourly group are motivated and well skilled, good place to work.

      Cons

      Union resistance to change may be problematic in a market that is losing market share. Need to ensure agility in a competitive marketplace.
