Pros

Great training, good group of peers. I feel they want me to succeed. Definitely a learning curve, but people are willing to help. Competitive pay. Some nice perks (nurse on staff, outings, fun sales meetings). Hours are not as long as my last job.

Cons

A lot to learn, especially on the sales side. If you put in the time, you can learn it after some time.
