Pros

- Compared to my last 2 jobs, the pay is competitive, and if you put the time in, you are compensated appropriately - Training is mostly during work hours and there are some opportunities for training classes offsite - Hours are standard 8-5 business hours. Not a lot of night or weekend work. - Nice, friendly people, willing to help - Seems like a stable company, so good job security in uncertain times - Fun company outings, family atmosphere - Onsite nurse in the office free of cost

Cons

- not a lot of remote work options, which is fine for me because I like an office setting where I can develop friendships with co-workers.
