Pros

The company as a whole is supportive and encourages growth.

Cons

Staffing seems to be a consistent challenge for both maintenance and office. Bonuses, Compensation and Rental Discount could be better.

Pros

None. This place is horrible. I guarantee you you might stay for a little bit, but you’ll be looking for a job the entire time your employee here after the first month.

Cons

When you’re job hunting, you tell yourself the bad reviews are exaggerated. They aren’t. Within weeks of working here, you’ll see exactly why so many people warn you. The burnout, depression, and toxicity are impossible to ignore. Gossip isn’t just casual chatter, it’s weaponized. Management encourages employees to spy and report on each other, spreading lies to keep people divided and under control. Instead of hiring vendors, they force the onsite teams to do everything, from heavy maintenance to office tasks, leaving you overworked and unable to perform your actual role. Micromanagement is constant, you’re treated like you can’t be trusted to do your job, yet you’re given no real support. There’s zero work-life balance, and it doesn’t matter if you’re leasing, maintenance, a supervisor, property manager, or even a temp, everyone is drowning. I’ve done multiple roles here and seen it all. The culture is toxic from top to bottom. No one should work here.

Pros

Fun culture, great people, allow flexible schedule.

Cons

Advertise as “growth from within” when in reality most managers and supervisors are outsourced. They also do not match 401k.
