I’ve put a lot of thought into this area, and most of the identified “CONS” comes from other reviews or feedback I’ve heard over time. For example, I’ve seen a common theme that expectations can sometimes feel high, or that communication between roles can get a bit tricky (as there are a lot of moving parts). From my own experience, though, this company has had time to identify these challenges and put thoughtful plans into action. Training really has open communication and encourages questions without judgement, while also reinforcing standards per individual role. Updates for the company are well-considered and often informed through frequent internal surveys that seek input from all levels.
My notes are: I’d encourage anyone who joins to fully engage with these opportunities, because the company truly listens and acts on what they hear.
With that being said, this company does ask for commitment… meaning, if you’re ready to invest in the whole experience, you’ll find the support to grow.
