Pros
Other employees in the office are super nice and really friendly. The hours are nice, if you're looking for something steady and regularly scheduled. The pay is inline with other companies in the industry.
Cons
Most offices are disorganized, which is frightening considering the information and legal documentation that you handle on a daily basis. Upper management has a tendency to be very back-handed: they tell you that they understand any difficulties you might be having (both personally and professionally) and pretend to be empathetic, yet they will not hesitate to write up and/or terminate an employee for the slightest infraction (I've seen this happen to others first hand). If you aren't in good with management, be prepared to look for a new place to work.
