Pros

Pros for me would be that it’s a family‑oriented company. Everyone is down‑to‑earth and approachable. The investment in employee growth is also a huge factor for me. I appreciate how much we’ve expanded into new regions and how strongly the company promotes inclusion. I strive to always be part of something bigger than myself, and WP offers initiatives I may not have thought of on my own. They truly value and solicit feedback from onsite teams frequently and always strive to streamline processes for both our residents and our teams.

Cons

As for cons, I honestly don’t have many if any at all. I love working for WP, which is why I’m going on year 16! It’s a joy to be able to say you like where you work, but I’m privileged to say I truly love where I work.

Competitive pay, growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, diversity and inclusion initiatives, customer service driven, open to ideas and change, willing to take on new team members with limited/no experience and provide top-tier training, relocation options, cross-training/career options available between departments (leasing/marketing/accounting/customer experience/etc.), regular team activities (lunches, team/regional outings, diversity and customer service seminars), great benefits (PTO/sick time/insurance), encourage mental health and work/life balance.

Cons

None that come to mind. I love this company!

Weinstein Properties is a wonderful company to work for. Their benefits package is great, PTO is great, work life balance is great. The company really takes pride in professional growth and provides ample opportunity to provide training and development. Upper level management and Corporate Leadership really do care for their employees and properties they own/manage. The open door policies are there for a reason and provide you an additional avenue to address issues. Management listens to their employees and provides plenty of support to reach your professional goals.
