      The benefits are good. Lots of nice people

      The office consistently appears vacant and tends to exude a somewhat somber atmosphere. Implementing renovations could potentially inject more vibrancy into the space. However, it's important to note that this work environment doesn't foster a culture of enjoyable social interactions with colleagues outside of office hours.

      Steady hourly pay and days.

      Cons

      Incomplete training. Unreasonable expectations. Office politics that trump performance. Everyone is a boss and will tell you what to do and they don't want to hear your opinion. They make up reasons to discipline you and claim you should know things that you weren't trained for.
