      Alright overall. Company needs to do more things to regain employees they train and then let go

      Pros

      Friendly people, clean environment, lots of open positions due to mass quantities leaving voluntarily.

      Cons

      Very high turn over, Not much recognition or ways to grow, it also lacks a nice community feel. Most people were fired or left on their own after working decades at the company. Exit interviews were a joke.

      This company is well run and is a great place to work. There is very little non value added work and the focus is on eliminating waste and being lean.
