I feel empowered to do my best work, to think bigger and take on new opportunities and challenges. My career has evolved more than I could have ever imagined because Welcome believes in my ability and helps nourish my growth and development. I appreciate the transparency of management and the open communication I have with my direct manager and team. From our core values, to our people and product, Welcome is a very special community and place to work!

We work hard to achieve our goals. That's makes working at Welcome so exciting! Everyone encourages and supports a positive work/life balance, but as an employee you are responsible for making sure that balance happens.

- Interesting work, collaborative work environment and awesome colleagues - Good compensation and perks (unlimited holidays) - Fun office environment (before COVID made us go completely WFH) - Management is empathetic to employees' needs

Cons

Re-orgs and chanages in business directions may be more frequent compared to non-startup businesses.
