If you're lucky, you'll have a coworker or two you like

Cons

Benefits are not on par with other governmental entities. Especially dental & vision; expect to pay 100% out of pocket for a plan that offers any real services. You can't take any PTO until you've been there at least 6 months. And perks like flex time and WFH are only available to managers. If you ask to be allowed to do them, you'll be ignored at best and belittled at worst.
