Pros

Monday to Friday office hours paid holidays.

Cons

Management is toxic and disrespectful. Low pay for all the training involved. Senior leadership will always back management and make you look like the bad guy. No support to correct selfish and toxic behavior.

Pros

Not much Have a job 40 hrs a week. Insurance

Cons

Plan on working nights and graves for more than 1 to 3 years before they will allow you to work the day shift, there are a lot of people with seniority that are already on days. Plan on working every weekend for the rest of your life unless your a favorite employee Don't work Graves, grave supervisor is immature, has her favorites, she is unprofessional, hostile, retaliates and will make your life unbearable if you don't validate her every decision to micromanage everything. She will isolate you, demean you, and turn everyone against you.
