Pros

Good pay, Good benefits. Nice people to work with most of the time. No problems getting time off. Commute very short.

Cons

Employee value is pretty low watched people run from the dept I worked at until the recession. Could be a dead end if you don't watch out very poor at getting employees skill sets developed and has a poor view of the future

Pros

Nice people to work for, mostly weekday work hours, but some evenings and weekends, depending on your position.

Cons

Crazy heavy workload at times, with some positions like that all the time. Vacation time was no problem, but you needed to get everything done to cover your time off, so were really only trading time.

Pros

There is many employees who are good kind hearted but they never speak up about all the injustices.

Cons

EVERYTHING!! The pay is not the best, the management are no help, you cannot make complaints otherwise they come down on you like a raging bull. In this county is who you know and not what your credentials are. I mean the main person Judy has been there for over 30 years and not much has change.
